I had the honor of shooting Kendra and Craig’s big baby announcement this past fall, and I was so excitied to shoot her maternity photos as well. I can’t wait to meet that sweet baby boy!

I had a great time shooting Nashville TN mini sessions this year! Here are a few snaps of two of my families from that day. I’d love to have you join me next time! If you are interested in a mini session email me at leannevicephotography@yahoo.com and like my Facebook Page for updates on when the next minis will be taking place!

Allie and Michael are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet and I am happy to call them our friends.┬áTWICE now Allie has dropped everything to come stay with Jake and Ben so that we could both go to the ER together with Drew for his broken arm (yep, its happened twice…he’s really unlucky). She is just that kind of person.

Then we began swim lessons with “Miss Awwie” and she patiently spent half an hour with my child who would scream for me The. Whole. Time. She’s a saint.

Michael is so nice and laid back and he was so attentive and ready to be wherever people needed him on the day of their wedding. I know they planned their big day for a long time and really put their heart into the details (they had the COOLEST circle ceremony!) and really enjoyed when it finally came, and I was so glad to be a part of it!

You know how some photos just have that *something*. Character, soul, rich tones, vibrant color, dramatic shadows…film does all these things and does them goooood. I’m a little bit obsessed.

“But Leanne, isn’t film outdated? Isn’t digital so much better?”

You be the judge.

“But, can you even get digital copies when you shoot film?”

I’m glad you asked! You absolutely CAN still get digital copies thanks to scanners and modern technology. Shooting film is in my opinion, a win-win-win.

So for your viewing pleasure, a little bit of my life lately, all on film čÖé

Kirsten is one glowing mama to be! Here is a quick sneak peek of her gorgeous self in Shelbyville, TN at Grace Valley Farms.

Little Ellie is the smiliest, sweetest little girl EVER and she has a totally awesome family. This weekend we sat in the floor at grandma’s house (where they sometimes stay the night and grandma takes the night shift!!! AMAZING right?!) and had a fun night viewing their photos. I love this session because we got to showcase Ellie for the sweet baby she is AND as a very loved member of her family.

Torrie and Jim got married at the JSU alumni house in Jacksonville. They met right across the street during college čÖé Everyone (including myself!) was SO SO SO happy that the rain that had been predicted all week never showed up.┬áCongratulations you two and enjoy your honeymoon!
